Every workout is challenging to your own individual potential and the workouts are specifically designed to build muscle, strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance. As a member of our gym you also receive a fitness assessment report detailing how much muscle you need to build and how much fat you need to lose or gain in order to have your preferred body type. The fitness assessment report also includes a nutrition guide. You also have the option to get a monthly checkup to ensure that you are heading in the right direction.
