These terms govern your use of maquinastrength.com and your subscription to Máquina Strength Worldwide, operated by Carlos Hurtado, Palmetto Bay, Florida. By starting a trial or subscribing, you agree to them.
What you're getting
Máquina Strength Worldwide is an online strength training program delivered through a third-party training app. Your subscription gives you access to weekly programming, exercise instruction, and the features described on this site while your subscription is active.
This is a programming subscription, not personal training, and not medical or nutritional treatment. You train on your own, at a facility of your choosing, and you are responsible for your own safety and technique.
Free trial, billing and cancellation
Your first month is free. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at $54 per month, billed as $27 every two weeks.
You can cancel at any time through your account in the training app, or by emailing maquinastrength@gmail.com.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made. Access continues through the end of the period you have paid for.
Prices may change. If they do, we'll give you notice before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel if you don't want to continue.
Refunds
Because the first month is free, we don't generally issue refunds for periods already billed. If something has gone wrong, email us — we'd rather sort it out than have you unhappy.
Health and safety — please read
Strength training carries inherent risk of injury. Before beginning this or any exercise program, consult a physician, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or have been inactive.
By using this program you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk, that you are responsible for exercising within your own abilities, and that you will stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or any other warning sign.
Nothing in this program is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any nutrition guidance is general educational information, not a prescribed diet or clinical nutrition care.
No guaranteed results
Results depend on your consistency, your effort, your nutrition, your recovery, your training history and factors outside anyone's control. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome, and any examples shown are not a promise of what you will achieve.
Your account
Your subscription is for you personally. Don't share your login, and don't copy, redistribute, resell or publish the programming. All program content, written material, and media on this site remain our property.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or abuses the service.
Third-party services
The program is delivered through a third-party training platform with its own terms and privacy policy, and payment is handled by a third-party processor. We're not responsible for their service, uptime, or policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Máquina Strength and Carlos Hurtado are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the program or this site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
