I have always been a fitness enthusiast. When it comes to Fitness I have to say that I am obsessed. I want to develop a system that allows everyone who participates to reach their highest fitness potential.
Bodybuilding:
I love bodybuilding. I love the discipline it instills in you to build a certain physique. I have been competing in bodybuilding for over a decade trying to figure out how to maximize results with the use of PEDs. To this day I am a lifetime natural bodybuilder however over the last decade I have gotten away from training like a bodybuilder. I believe you can develop a great physique without having to isolate or do extreme training. In my experience the typical bodybuilding training regiment that you see in old school bodybuilding gyms led to a lot of injuries and compensations in my body. I am currently in the process of going after my IFBB Pro Card in Classic Physique.
Crossfit:
I love the sport of Crossfit. I have been competing in the Open for the 3 of the past 4 years. I missed one year due to a groin injury but that’s about it. My ultimate goal is to make it to Regionals.
Olympic Weightlifting
I started late in this sport but I plan to compete in USA weightlifting.
Power Lifting
Like Olympic Weightlifting I started late in this sport but I plan to become a nationally qualified powerlifter with the USAPL within the next year.
I am always looking for a challenge. I have also done a Spartan Beast and looking forward to running a marathon.
