Valuable Resources for members of the gym to understand what they can expect from their membership:

  1. How to train with the EverFit App: In the simplest of terms, the workouts are circuit based and incorporate a mixture of cross training, circuit training, endurance, bodybuilding, strength, and powerlifting. To further customize your program we’ll be performing an assessment to ensure you have the right program for your goals
  2. Custom nutrition program: We offer you the option to get a nutrition program that compliments your training. We will provide you with an ideal caloric intake, meals suggestions, and supplementation guide. On this article we talk about a personalized fitness assessment report. All this is included with your gym membership.
  3. How to track your food: In order to maximize your chances of achieving your goals we highly recommend that you track your calories and foods. on this article and video we show you how to use MyFitnessPal. 
  4. Choosing your ideal body type: The way we create your program is by taking you through a fitness assessment report. Part of the assessment is to choose what you consider to be your ideal body type. This article takes you through the process of figuring out what ideal body type you wish to build.

  6. With your membership you will be getting all the tools and resources to help you succeed on your fitness journey.

Disclaimer:

When you choose a package, whether a gym membership or online training program, you will receive 7 workouts per week (with the exception of strength and power program). If you are attending our gym, depending on your package, it is up to you to attend the limit of your classes. The same goes for online training programs. If you miss any classes on a given week there are no refunds, pro-rated discounts or make up sessions the next week or at any time.

Example: Let’s say you have a 3x per week membership. On the app you will have seven workouts to choose from for the week. At the gym everyone performs the workouts as scheduled on the app from Monday – Friday (Máquina Unleashed Package includes Saturday). Can you reorganize or substitute a workout? Yes the app gives you the option to re-organize your workouts and we’ll accommodate you depending on your situation. However, if you only make it to one workout for any given week, you will not have 5 sessions the following week. You will still only have 3 sessions for any given week. You do not get a refund or pro-rated discount for missing sessions. It is your responsibility to attend the sessions allowed per your agreement.
