Who is the muscle building program for?
If you follow our how to check your bodyfat post, follow the instructions, get your body fat measurement, and you discover that you need to build a considerable amount of muscle, then this program is for you.
At Máquina Strength we have 4 different weight training programs at the moment.
General wellness which is for maintenance and not taxing or goals specific. We have a strength and power training program.
The last program I want to mention is Hybrid for one specific reason.
If we talk percentages, the muscle building program is 100% dedicated to the muscle building process. Hybrid is about 50% focused on building muscle and the other 50% into being an athlete so we mix in strength and endurance. If you are only 5-15 pounds away from your ideal physique, I recommend Hybrid so that you can maintain a good level of athleticism and be an overall functional human being.
