Custom Nutrition Guide:

Get a customized ideal caloric intake nutrition plan that includes macros, quantity of foods, meal samples, and supplement recommendations based on current situation (shape).

Fitness Assessment Report:

Your fitness assessment report includes a summary of where you are now and where you need to be. You’ll be provided with a time frame as to when you should reach your goal if you follow the program we lay out. Additionally you’ll be provided with training advice depending on the results of your current body fat vs where you need to be.

If using the SkinFold Calipers or Tape Measure method is too complicated for you or too much of an inconvenience use the body fat provided by a body weight scale that has the body fat measuring feature.
