Take your body fat and send us the measurements a long with the results so we can provide you with the optimal caloric intake and your target body composition goal for your 14 day challenge. Use this link to see how to take the bodyfat measurements: how to check your body fat percentage

If you don’t feel comfortable taking your bodyfat test let us know in an email and provide us with only the first four pieces of information. If you need additional help or have additional questions and concerns please purchase a 25 or 50 minute private coaching session as you deem necessary.
