Virtual coaching can be used as follows:
- If you have doubts about a specific exercise movement you can use a private PT session to get instructions and cueing on those specific exercises and or movements.
- If you have any questions regarding any part of your program.
- If you want to get a follow-up on your progress.
You can purchase a 25 minute session or a 50 minute session. Which one you select depends on how much help you think you may need.
