Angela
Angela is not only the strongest girl in the gym, she has also experience one of the more remarkable transformations. She has lost a total of 22 pounds. She went from being in the obese zone of body fat to fitness well out of the unhealthy and dangerous zone. In addition to losing all that weight she prepped for her first powerlifting meet and was a top contender for the strongest female in her competition. She is resilient and trains 4-6 times per week without excuses.
Allison
Over the previous 5 months from the time of this follow-up, Allison transformed her body by losing almost 19 pounds of fat mass and gained over 7 pounds of muscle. This is all possible through the holidays and while prepping for a powerlifting meet. She transformed her body all while gaining significant strength on the 3 main lifts of powerlifting.
Hilda
Hilda is one of our most consistent members who came in just with the mentality of getting in better shape. Well she has done just that. In the time she has been with us she has lost over 3.6 pounds of body fat and gained over 2.6 pounds of muscle .
Jorge
Jorge through hard work and dedication has lost a total of 21 pounds and over 5% bodyfat. He has also developed significant strength in his training. Amazing.
Martha
Martha despite only losing 6 pounds of “scale” weight, based on her measurements, lost 10 pounds of body fat while gaining 4 pounds of muscle contributing to the 6 pounds of net weight loss. She lost 5% bodyfat in the process and has gained strength and endurance in her overall fitness.
Sabino
Probably the hardest worker in the gym, Sabino has lost a total of 22 pounds scale weight. He’s lost over 5% body fat going from obese to under 20% bodyfat. He has done what we preach. Figured out his nutrition with our help and shows up to the gym 5-6 days a week.
Big Ron
Big Ron has not only lost 21 net pounds in about 4 months, he’s lost inches all over his body greatly reducing his body fat out of the danger zone. When he first came in he was very unstable making the checking of his weight on the scale hard to capture. Now he is running for the first time in years and taking ownership of his health and fitness.
Ashley
At the time of this picture Ashley had lost 6 punds of fat mass and had gained over 5 pounds of lean muscle. She has since lost a significant amount of body fat extra and that result is coming soon.
Jackie
Jackie is the Mayor of our gym. She sets the example and the standard. In the time she has trained under the Maquina Strength System she has lost over 6 pounds of fat mass and gained over 3 pounds of lean mass. She is also putting up PRs in her weight training lifts that never even seem imaginable.
John
John S. in his first 4 weeks lost 5 pounds of body fat and gained 12 pounds of lean muscle. Second 4 weeks he gained 2 pounds of fat and lost 4 pounds of lean muscle. The purpose of the follows ups is to make adjustments as the body enters a state of plateau. We noticed after week 8 that he wasn’t pushing himself as he did the first 4 weeks because he got stronger and his body became much more efficient. We will now be ensuring that he pushes to his potential so that he can keep on progressing towards the ultimate goal.
Quinn
At Máquina Strength we strive to help every member achieve 14% body fat which is a healthy and great state of physical shape to be in. Sometimes however clients want to push extra and want to achieve even more amazing numbers. Quinn is the perfect example where our goal is to get to 8% body fat without causing any detrimental negative health effects.
Chantel
Chantel initially came with the frame of mind that she just wanted to get healthier. She is now a serious Powerlifter becoming one of the strongest females in our gym. She has lost well over 4 pounds of fat mass and has gained over 5 pound of lean muscle. The most impressive part is how much of an athlete she has become.
Gaby
Gaby is our youngest powerlifter. She is already one of the strongest females in our gym at such a young age. In addition to improving her fitness she has lost over 6 pounds of body fat and gained over 5 pounds of muscle mass.
Brian
Brian has lost over 7 pounds of fat mass and gained over 2 pounds of lean muscle. He has also significantly improved his cardiovascular fitness making him stronger and faster.
