How Our Program Works

We combine the energy and accountability of small-group training with the precision and attention of one-on-one coaching — delivered through the powerful Everfit App.

What sets us apart from typical gyms:

  • Most gyms can’t safely or effectively build real strength in a group setting.

  • We can — and we do it better.

Strength training when programmed correctly concentrates in the 3-5 rep range. Rest periods are mandatory not optional. For strength training 5-7 minutes may be necessary depending on your level of strength.

Power training concentrates in the 1-2 rep range. Rest periods are also mandatory not optional. For power training 5-10 minutes may be necessary depending on your level of power and strength.
