Proper strength training (using progressive overload, not just light cardio-style workouts) can increase bone density, help manage or even reverse conditions like osteoarthritis and osteoporosis, and support overall health. Combined with good nutrition, it can reduce body fat to healthy levels and prevent or improve chronic illnesses.
